I am awriter and director specializing in new works development. I hold an MFA in Creative Writing for the Performing Arts from University of California at Riverside and a BA in Theatre Studies from Brigham Young University.
I was a member of the 2025 Women in Animation cohort, the 2017-2022 BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theater Librettist’s Workshop and the 2018 Lincoln Center Theater Directors Lab. The plays and musicals I have written or directed have been presented across the U.S. (with a dip into Canada) and I’m now a Senior Copywriter and director for Galaxy Live, a weekly web series shot in-house at Cheil Dallas.
When I can escape the blue light, I help out around my family’s pecan farm or hop on the road with my dog Laika. You can usually find me hiking a trail, thrifting, reading a book, flying my grandpa’s Cessna 172, starting a new DIY project, learning something new or drinking a Diet Coke.
